Q: How quickly will an order be sent out ?
Ans: Per EZorder web page - if we have the item(s) in stock you can expect them to be sent within 3- 5 business days.
If we do not have item in stock expect it within 9 - 12 business days. Orders received after 5PM EST = received next day.

PLEASE PLAN PAINT PROJECTS ACCORDINGLY!

If you MUST have an order in your hands sooner than specified above CALL 1- 610- 588- 4602 before
you place your order to check on our stocked inventory. If we can meet your needs without compromising
previous customer orders- we will tell you so.

WE MEET OR EXCEED OUR ADVERTISED SHIPPING TIME FRAMES WITH MOST PACKAGES
SENT USPS PRIORITY MAIL ( 2- 3 DAY DELIVERY) DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCATION.

Q: I can't wait 9-12 business days and your product is the ONLY one of its kind so...how can we get them sooner?
Ans: All orders are put in "received order" and are processed accordingly regardless of how payment is being made.
We process and produce our inventory based on demand. Payments either in advance or promised through
purchase orders, fund our material purchases and dictate our machine setup and process.

We mass produce items in scheduled runs with each stencil setup different than the others.
If the item you want is NOT in stock we cannot stop the scheduled machine setup to process your order.

More popular items we do our best to keep in stock but demands can cause back orders. We also have experienced
some instances where a less popular item suddenly became popular for a brief time period for whatever reasons.
Because orders are not always as predictable as we expect- we do our best to accommodate customers.

If NOT in stock then 9-12 business days is also necessary because we sometimes run into occasional machine glitches
which can temporarily interrupt processing.

Q: Can I fax in an order using a Purchase Order ?
Ans: Yes! Fax to 610- 588- 4602 Be sure to include a P.O. # as well as adding in shipping and handling fees
to your total cost. There is no sales tax .

Q: Do you have an order page we can fill out online that I can send in with a check?
Ans: Not yet - but you can simply print out the EZ Order page- circle your order and send it with your check.
You can also do this when faxing a Purchase Order (PO) to us at FAX: 610- 588- 4602

NOTE: If you need item #'s for your P.O. you can abbreviate names of stencils or combos ordered to your liking.

Q: How do your stencils compare to others I have found online or have read about?
ANS: As an example only - Peaceful Playgrounds* (PP), a California based company, it appears has "borrowed" some of our application concepts first seen here and described on our website. "Imitation being the sincerest form of flattery" we peacefully accept it as a compliment and further proof we offer better products. It may also be a reason our sales have never been higher.

We find it offensive to schools & volunteer Parent Groups across the Nation operating on tight budgets.
How ironic this company promotes being "peaceful" yet "sharing" or "$aving you money" may get you a non-peaceful response. Hmmm, are they more about profit and less about peace? You as an educated consumer can answer that yourself.

Q: I need dimensions for stencils to do layout for our playground area?
Ans: Go to Ez order page http://www.ez1stencil.com/ezorder.html dimensions are listed with pricing OR
you can click on ANY stencil picture thumbnail - this will pull up all dimensions of areas needed to center each stencil in.
You are NOT placing an order by clicking on the picture you are just getting more info and a larger picture.

Q: Do have a catalog you can send out to me?
Ans: No- this keeps our overhead down. Everything (and more) we could place in a catalog can be found on this website

Q: Can I place an order for or will you make special state map stencil orders?
ANS: If we do not offer it on our website we do not have your state available. As noted, unless or until we receive enough
demands for your state, it is not cost effective to setup and produce one or two maps of one state.

Two Part Question: Is it necessary to connect your dotted lines to use painted projects effectively?
ANS 1: NO! Games and maps can be used effectively with just dotted lines.
Connecting lines to make them solid is completely up to the user.

Ans 2: On our USA maps for example- the user may opt to place Alaska and Hawaii in their correct geographical locations instead of where they are on our stencils. This can be done because they are not connected to the lower 48 states.
With our World map stencil user can opt to make Antarctica larger, wider or smaller depending on user preference.

Q: Do you offer different Hopscotch styles?
Ans: We have found the Hopscotch we offer to be one of the more popular styles. We do not currently offer any other styles.
Again, if demand called for it- we would consider it.

Q: Aren't there larger four square styles than the one we offer?
Ans: Yes - but for the record- we offer the official regulation size four square (Note- there is actually a National Championship)

So yes...there are larger in fact there are some that are too big!!! If you are familiar with the many four square game variations that can be played on a four square, you would understand that larger squares are more difficult for a player to "cover their square."
As a Physical Education teacher I know this takes away from the fun of playing the game as it is intended.

Q: Can't you make a larger Four Square Stencil anyway?
Ans: We considered it but then realized how it may confuse someone placing an order as well as make processing the different sizes more difficult. All in all, more problems than plusses.

Q: What type of paint do you recommend we use?
Ans: This info is included with each purchase but it is also available on our website by clicking on this page: http://www.ez1stencil.com/stencilprocess.html Scroll to bottom for specific type and brand.
You can use ANY brand so long as it is made to adhere to asphalt/concrete etc. (DO NOT use house/wood paint !!!!)
